My heart shattered into a million pieces when I said goodbye to my best friend of 13 way too short years. Gracie girl you were the best friend, protector, and teacher. Even after you’ve left I am learning so much from our time together. You showed me what it means to be resilient, strong, patient, and what it feels like to love and be loved unconditionally. Words will never be enough to express my love and gratitude for you sweet girl. I take comfort knowing you are now pain free running in all the fields eating all the treats and opening all the presents in the world. I’ll love you forever ❤️
